SERVICE RATES
Our Current
Service Rates (updated January 01, 2008)
We offer a
30 day guarantee on all of our repairs.
$ 60.00 for
a minimum Service Call for repairs of 30 minutes.
(This
amount includes repairs done within the first 30 minutes.)
After the
first 30 minutes, the charge is $ 30.00 per hour. Refrigeration charges
are $ 45.00
per hour. After the first 30 minutes, time is charged in 15 minutes
segments.
Labor rates
do not include parts and are charged for actual “on site” time.
If you are
out of the Lawrence County service area, there is an additional trip
charge.
If you
should require emergency service, our rate is $ 150.00 per hour.
“Check and
Cleans” performed for routine maintenance service are $ 75.00 per
system.
This does
not include parts replacement charges.
We also
offer maintenance agreements, tailored to the owner’s needs. This
service
includes
reminders and scheduling for periodic routine system checks.
Service may
be performed annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.
Maintenance
agreements may include parts replacements.
