Maintenance
Agreements consist of a written contract between our company
and the
equipment owner. Cost is based on the individual owner’s needs.
Plans may
start as little as $ 75.00. The owner chooses the frequency of the
inspections
and the level of service they require. Our company will maintain a
reminder
system to
advise the owner of their scheduled services.
During the
agreement time period, our skilled technicians will inspect, clean,
adjust,
and
lubricate your heating and cooling system. We will report any needed
repairs to
the owner
and provide an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Any filters, or
parts,
which may
be included as part of the agreement, will be installed during the
scheduled
maintenance services.
